Subscriptions & billing
Lingupi Premium is sold through Apple or Google. To cancel, change plans, or request a refund, use your store account settings. See our Terms of Use for auto-renewal details.
- Restore purchases: Open Lingupi → paywall or Profile → Restore (same store account as the original purchase).
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Delete your data
Progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. To remove them, uninstall Lingupi or clear app data in your device settings. If you emailed us and want correspondence deleted, write to support@lingupi.com with your request.
