Creatoks LLC ("Creatoks", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Lingupi mobile application ("Lingupi" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App and our website at lingupi.com.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
Lingupi is designed to work primarily offline. Progress, preferences, streaks, XP, story completion, vocabulary practice results, and similar learning data are stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload this data to our servers unless a cloud sync feature is enabled in a future version and you choose to use it.
2.2 Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (for example, your email address, device type, and message content) so we can respond to your request.
2.3 Purchase information
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive limited purchase metadata from the store (such as product identifier, subscription status, and transaction identifiers) needed to validate Premium access and restore purchases.
2.4 Analytics
As of the effective date above, Lingupi does not use a third-party analytics SDK. If we add analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before collecting non-essential data.
2.5 Website
Our marketing website may use standard server logs and the security or performance services provided by our hosting provider (for example, Cloudflare). These logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Lingupi;
- Validate subscriptions and restore purchases;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- Protect the security and integrity of the App and website;
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Apple and Google — when you make or manage purchases through their platforms;
- Service providers — who help us operate the website, email, or infrastructure, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the App or clear app data. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. Purchase records from app stores are retained according to each platform's policies.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Because most learning data is stored on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the App or using your device's clear-data option. To request help deleting other data we hold, email support@lingupi.com.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents may have rights under GDPR. We will verify requests as required by applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
Lingupi is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International users
Creatoks LLC is based in the United States. If you use Lingupi from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
